Shoutout to Zandos for delivering and then some. It was literally one dude running a food truck. Top 5 burger I’ve ever had – perfectly cooked, excellent crust, melty cheese, red onions, house made pickles, house made mayo.
The fries are genuinely the best I’ve ever had. SO thick, pillowy soft, and a solid crunch on the outside without being greasy at all. Straight up black magic, I don’t understand it.

I trust when a burger looks unique because it shows the creator has a special intent with it. It says “this is my version of a good burger” and it’s probably a great take. Like I usually do mustard, but I’d go for homemade mayo.
